Business Development Representative

I am looking for a commission-based business development partner to help generate design and branding projects.

I run a branding and packaging studio focused on hospitality, wine, lifestyle, and premium consumer brands.

I’m looking for someone who can source and introduce qualified leads (through outreach, networking, partnerships, or direct sales). Compensation will be performance-based only: a percentage of closed paid work.

Ideal:

• Experience selling creative services
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of branding/design
• Able to identify good-fit clients

Commission:

• 15% of paid projects brought in once payment has been received
• Potential for long-term collaboration

Goal is quality over quantity, I’m looking for strong-fit projects, not mass outreach.
