AV Project Manager (Custom Install) – responsible for delivering high‑end residential integration projects for a vibrant audio‑visual residential integration company.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complex custom installation projects ranging from £50,000 to £1million in value.
- Manage multiple bespoke projects for high‑net‑worth individuals primarily in London and the Home Counties, with occasional assignments further afield.
- Read and interpret schematic wiring diagrams and schematics to ensure accurate implementation.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, delivering on time and within agreed financial parameters.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and team members to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- Achieved CEDIA certification.
- Demonstrated experience with Crestron, KNX and Lutron control systems.
- In‑depth understanding of the audio‑visual installation process and the ability to anticipate and avoid common pitfalls.
- Proven ability to read schematic wiring diagrams and manage projects to completion.
- Professional background in AV custom installation and a strong client‑facing attitude.
- Must be living and working in the UK legally and able to provide a full technical CV.
