The Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join the team in Poynton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a collaborative team.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and professionally while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound customer queries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Providing timely updates on shipments, deliveries, and order status
  • Resolving issues and escalating where necessary
  • Liaising with internal teams including operations and transport
  • Maintaining accurate records and customer information
  • Building strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
