About the Role
Support pupils within the Resource Base provision at Lakey Lane Primary School, providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for children with complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Passionate about supporting children with SEND to reach their full potential.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
- Effective communicator with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Committed to continuous professional development.
- Ability to build positive and supportive relationships with families and the wider community.
