We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our brand‑new Flip Out park in Leeds – a next‑level adventure destination bringing energy, excitement, and unforgettable experiences to the local community. To help us launch with a bang, we’re now hiring a Duty Manager to support the daily operations of the park and lead the team through this exciting opening phase and beyond.
About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you’ll play a key part in the day‑to‑day operational and commercial success of our new Leeds park. You’ll be responsible for leading a team, maintaining top‑tier health & safety standards, and—most importantly—delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment we open our doors.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that’s perfect for someone currently working as a supervisor or team leader and looking to take their first step into management. With a brand‑new park, you’ll be joining at the ground level—meaning there’s plenty of opportunity for growth and progression as we build the team and develop internal leaders.

- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all guests and team members.
- Oversee park opening and closing routines and complete operational checklists.
- Manage the presentation and cleanliness of the park during your shift, including the diner area.
- Take control of team deployment, including breaks and rotations.
- Respond to and document any on‑shift incidents or accidents in line with SOPs.
- Handle minor maintenance issues and report any hazards appropriately.
- Coach, lead, and motivate your team—bringing positive energy and great communication to every shift.
- Maintain company standards by following all policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
You’ll Be…
- Friendly, upbeat, and professional.
- A confident leader with a hands‑on approach.
- Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems.
- A natural team motivator who leads by example.
- Passionate about creating amazing customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team‑leader role (ideally in leisure, hospitality, or retail).
- Ambition to grow into a full management role.
- Good understanding of health & safety in a guest‑facing environment.
- Comfortable working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced setting.
- First Aid at Work and Food Safety Level 2 (preferred, but not essential).
- Flexible availability, including weekends and school holidays (our busiest times).
Working Conditions
£13.47 per hour (duty manager shifts). This is a flexible contract with various hours each week. We request availability Friday‑Sunday as a minimum and full availability during school holidays. Team members earn additional hours at Team Member rates.
