The Role
You’ll work as part of a skilled and supportive development team, helping to design, build, and maintain high‑quality software solutions. The position combines enhancing existing systems with developing innovative new features and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
- Build robust, well‑tested code that meets quality and performance standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Work within Agile development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.
- Help mentor and support less experienced developers.
- Contribute ideas to improve architecture, performance, and development practices.
- Take ownership of personal learning and professional development.
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of Entity Framework Core
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with Git and modern version control practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver high‑quality work to deadlines
