Electrical Supervisor (Solar)

Location

Field and office-based within a 1‑hour radius of Cambridge.

Salary and Benefits

£50,000 – £55,000 + Vehicle + Growth + Healthcare + Enhanced Pension + Enhanced Parental Pay + Life Assurance + 25 Days Holiday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise solar PV installations across the region.
• Mix of on‑the‑tools and off‑the‑tools work to support teams and ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Lead site teams and coordinate with office staff to meet company growth targets.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician.
• Experience working with solar PV installations.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage site teams.
• Commutable to Cambridge.
