About the Studio

This consultancy delivers high‑end hospitality, retail, and leisure environments across the UK. Working with a broad mix of recognised brands and ambitious operators, the team takes projects from first conversations and feasibility studies through to final handover.

The culture is collaborative, hands‑on, and refreshingly pragmatic. You’ll work closely with decision‑makers, have direct exposure to clients, and play a visible role in shaping projects rather than simply overseeing them from a distance.

The business is growing steadily, creating an opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to influence how projects are delivered.

About the Role

This is a client‑facing Project Manager position overseeing multiple fit‑out and refurbishment projects across the UK. You’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, managing programmes, budgets, consultants, contractors, and stakeholder relationships from concept through to completion.

The role suits someone who enjoys variety and thrives in environments where no two projects look quite the same. One day you could be carrying out feasibility studies for a new location, the next coordinating consultants, reviewing costs, or presenting updates directly to clients.

You’ll have significant autonomy, regular exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on project outcomes as the business continues to expand.

Your days will look something like this…

  • Lead projects from feasibility stage through to completion
  • Produce risk assessments, budgets, and top‑line project estimates
  • Manage programmes, schedules, and project delivery milestones
  • Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, and contractors
  • Monitor project budgets and approve costs throughout delivery
  • Drive value engineering initiatives without compromising quality
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and health and safety legislation
  • Build strong client relationships through regular reporting and project updates

You might be our perfect match if…

  • You have proven project management experience within hospitality, retail, or leisure fit‑out environments
  • You have successfully delivered high‑end interior fit‑out projects across the UK
  • You understand construction health and safety requirements and current legislation
  • You are confident managing contractors, consultants, and external suppliers
  • You have strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
  • You are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have advanced Excel skills and can build and maintain project reporting tools
  • You hold a full UK driving licence and are happy travelling extensively across the UK

Why this one

  • Work directly alongside the founders and senior leadership team
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion
  • Enjoy a hybrid working model with flexibility built in
  • Join a growing consultancy where progression opportunities are genuine
  • Receive private medical cover, annual bonus potential, referral bonuses, and a paid day off on your birthday
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients and play a key role in delivering standout projects across the UK
