An established and highly respected property business is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Executive to join its in‑house marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer with experience across SEO, PPC, content creation, and website management. You’ll play a key role in driving online visibility, increasing website traffic, and generating high-quality leads through data-driven digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise SEO performance across multiple websites
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements
• Create and publish engaging website content, blogs, and landing pages
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor digital performance using tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console
• Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights
• Support local SEO initiatives across multiple locations

About You

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role
• Strong understanding of SEO and Google Ads (PPC)
• Experience creating and managing web content
• Comfortable working within CMS platforms
• Analytical, proactive, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable

• Experience within the property sector
• Knowledge of local SEO and multi-location businesses
• Exposure to social media, email marketing, or property portals
