Overview

We are currently looking for a tech savvy Office Coordinator to join a private family office in Central London. This role is 5 days in the office and is working 9-6 with a salary of £40k. This role offers a positive working environment with varied office duties which include tech support.

Responsibilities

  • Fix any tech issues; Wi‑Fi printers, setting up new devices, computer reboots right down to the Sky TV
  • Office admin
  • Oversee maintenance staff
  • Ordering stationery and IT equipment
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up‑to‑date

Qualifications

  • Tech savvy with proven experience
  • Experience incorporating office coordination roles
