Evolve is partnering with a community-focused pharmacy to recruit a Pharmacist Manager who wants more than simply checking prescriptions and ticking boxes. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a close-knit team, shape and develop pharmacy services, and make a genuine impact within the local community. Offering a high level of autonomy and support, this role is ideal for a Pharmacist looking to take ownership of their pharmacy, drive service excellence, and build something they can be proud of.

This is a full-time, permanent position working at one of their stores near Elgin, Scotland, handling approximately 6,500 items per month. The role follows a Monday-Friday schedule, with working hours of 9:00am-5:30pm.

  • Be a registered Pharmacist with the GPhC – bring your professional expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • Be a qualified Independent Prescribing Pharmacist – Use your clinical expertise to make a real difference in patient outcomes and shape the future of community healthcare.
  • Share your passion for people – make a real difference every day by improving access to healthcare and supporting your community’s wellbeing.
  • Scottish Pharmacy Expertise: You bring valuable experience working in a pharmacy within Scotland, giving you insight into local practices and patient needs.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

  • Deliver expert clinical care – Safe, accurate dispensing and high-quality, patient-centred pharmacy services across two community sites.
  • Be a trusted healthcare presence – Provide confident clinical advice and build strong, lasting relationships with patients and the wider community.
  • Lead and support the team – Set the standard day-to-day, supporting colleagues and keeping both pharmacies running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Shape the future of services – Play an active role in developing and expanding pharmacy services that directly improve local healthcare provision.
