Customer Advisor

Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pavers team in Burleydam Garden Centre, Ellesmere Port. Working 8 hours over 2 days per week, flexing up to 16 hours per week when required. This role will involve working weekends and weekdays on a rota basis. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the heart of our store, providing excellent, tailored service to our customers and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Help customers look and feel great
• Showcase footwear that looks and feels great
• Support store operations
• Organise deliveries
• Assist with stock movements
• Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment

Qualifications

• Can‑do attitude and passion for customer service
• Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Self‑awareness and attention to detail
• Passion for selling and multitasking
