Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

Reporting into a Senior Legal Counsel, you will advise on, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including:

• Customer and outsourcing agreements
• Procurement and supplier contracts

You will also gain exposure to a wider range of legal matters including intellectual property, technology, data privacy, compliance and litigation support.

Qualifications

This role would suit a bright and commercially minded lawyer with c.2 – 5 PQE from either a commercial or corporate background who is looking to:

• Make a first move in-house
• Join a new business and broaden their in-house experience
