A leading hedge fund based in London is seeking a bright, professional and highly organised individual to join its business administration team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, acting as the face of the firm and providing exceptional front-of-house and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and provide a professional welcome to visitors, clients and employees.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries efficiently and appropriately.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared with all required resources.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management and general office administration.
- Assist with the organisation of internal and external events, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders as required.
- Support day-to-day office operations, including ordering office supplies and coordinating with facilities providers.
- Assist with a range of ad hoc projects and business support activities as required.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate calibre, demonstrated through education, professional experience or equivalent achievements.
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, administrative or similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
- Professional, discreet and confident when interacting with senior stakeholders, clients and visitors.
- Proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering a first-class service.
