Requirements
- 3-5+ years of SDR, BDR, or similar experience with proven results
- A passion for building a career in tech sales (and maybe leadership down the line)
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator
- Confidence speaking to senior decision-makers, and the curiosity to learn fast
- A love of problem‑solving, resilience, and thinking like an owner
- Bonus points for data or analytics experience, or a relevant degree

- Engage with execs: Sell to everyone from ICs to the C‑suite—honing your storytelling for both technical and business audiences
- Grow fast: Crush your goals and you’ll have multiple paths forward—Account Executive, Account Manager, Solutions Engineer—you name it
- Go beyond the screen: Represent Alation at in‑person events and industry gatherings
