A global investment consultancy is hiring a VP/Director to drive the design and delivery of private equity programmes for institutional clients, family offices, and wealth managers. This is a high‑visibility role with participation in the Investment Committee and the ability to shape the future of the private markets advisory business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead end‑to‑end private markets portfolio design: pacing plans, cashflow modelling, GP sourcing, fund selection and monitoring.
• Shape investment decisions through Investment Committee participation.
• Build strong GP relationships across the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Partner with top‑tier clients to deliver tailored private equity solutions.

Requirements:

• Deep private equity experience – likely from a FoF, consultant, or allocator.
• Strong GP network and a proven track record in portfolio design/management.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
