Bicester Village

Up to £75,000 Basic + Bonus + Commission

We are currently partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion brand to recruit an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager for an exciting opportunity based at Bicester Village.

This is a rare opportunity to join a globally recognised luxury business and take ownership of a high-profile boutique. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, and leading a high-performing team in one of the UK’s most prestigious luxury retail destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, profitability and overall boutique performance.
  • Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to maximise results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat clients.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ensure excellence across operations, client experience and visual standards.
  • Support recruitment, performance management and team development.

Candidate Profile

  • Current Store Manager, Boutique Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager within luxury or premium retail.
  • Strong commercial awareness and proven sales performance.
  • Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing teams, KPIs and retail operations.
  • Passion for luxury retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Previous outlet experience is advantageous.
