Our client is looking for 3.5 tonne Drivers to start asap

Our Client takes driver and vehicle compliance very seriously and is part of the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) earned recognition scheme.They are one of only 183 other operators in the UK that are part of the scheme

• Monday to Friday shift – 5 Day week
• Shift times & working hours-start time between 05:00 to 07:00
• Delivering food and drinks
• Tempreture controlled
• Must be able to work daily and be reliable
• Must have commercial experience

What you will be doing

• Safely operate the delivery vehicle to transport goods to various locations.
• Average Drops between 15-20 drops per day.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload items, performing heavy lifting as necessary. Handball work will be involved.
• Maintain communication with Transport staff and customers regarding delivery status.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and maintain a clean driving log.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of multi drop deliveries Essential
• Full Driving License Required –Essential
• Minimum of 2 years held on a driving license –Essential.
• No more than 6 points on your license, but no DD, DG, TT, DR, CD, IN, CU endorsements Essential
• Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of UK road networks and road safety laws.
