Salary: £38.43 per hour

Working pattern: 3‑4 days office based, 1‑2 days from home; Initial 3‑month contract with potential extension.

Overview

Hoop Social Work is recruiting an experienced Court Social Worker for our busy and supportive Children’s Services Court Team in Wrexham. This role requires strong court experience, confidence in undertaking care proceedings, completing court reports, and managing complex child protection work.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake care proceedings and manage court processes.
• Prepare and submit court reports.
• Manage complex child protection work within court timescales.

Qualifications

• Social Work Wales registration.
• Previous Children’s Services Court experience.
• Strong assessment and report‑writing skills.
