Seasonal Winter Gritting Operator – Independent Field Work

OUTCO is seeking reliable Winter Gritting Operators for the seasonal period from 1 November to 31 March. This role requires full availability and involves working independently across various customer locations, such as retail parks and prisons.

The responsibilities include applying salt to ensure safe access during icy conditions. Ideal candidates should possess a valid UK driving licence and be ready to work outdoors in challenging weather. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
