Location: London
Job Description:

Asset and Leasing Manager – Mixed Sector London Portfolio

A leading pan-European real estate investor and developer is looking to appoint a Leasing & Asset Manager to join its London team. This is a high-profile, client-facing role with a strong leasing focus, complemented by exposure to asset management across a diverse Central London portfolio.

The business operates as a true developer, with projects spanning the full lifecycle from early-stage planning through to operational assets. The UK portfolio is entirely London-based and highly mixed-use, incorporating office, retail, PBSA and hotel schemes.

The Role

This is a broad, commercially focused position combining leasing execution, business development and strategic input into asset performance and product design.

Approximately 60% of the role will focus on a flagship Central London office-led mixed-use asset. This is a live, income-producing building with significant leasing activity still to come, offering immediate exposure to high-quality space and institutional capital partners. You will work closely with external leasing agents to drive performance and deliver leasing targets.

The remaining time will be spent supporting a range of development projects across the portfolio, including PBSA and hotel-led schemes. These are at earlier stages and will involve working closely with development and design teams to shape product, provide market insight and support commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for leasing activity across a Central London portfolio
  • Driving leasing transactions end-to-end, from initial engagement through to completion
  • Leading occupier engagement, presentations and viewings
  • Working alongside development and design teams to provide occupier insight and influence product strategy
  • Coordinating and managing external leasing agents across office, retail and alternative sectors
  • Supporting asset management activities, including JV Partner reporting and business plan delivery
  • Contributing to marketing strategy and positioning to ensure alignment with target occupiers
  • Providing market intelligence and strategic input on new and evolving development opportunities
  • You will work closely with senior internal stakeholders across leasing, asset management and living sectors, gaining exposure to a wide range of asset classes and investment strategies.

The Candidate

The business is open to a range of profiles, but is ideally seeking someone with 3–6 years’ experience within leasing, asset management or within a landlord side agency role. Strong candidates at an earlier stage (c.2 years) will also be considered if they demonstrate the right aptitude and presence.

You will likely have:

  • Experience in a landlord side leasing role, either client-side or within a leading agency team
  • Exposure to Central London landlord leasing, ideally across office and/or retail assets
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  • An interest in development-led real estate and shaping product at different lifecycle stages
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and asset classes

Those coming from an agency background with landlord-side leasing experience – particularly advising development clients – are strongly encouraged to apply.

Why Apply?

  • Work on a flagship, institutional-grade Central London portfolio with significant leasing activity
  • Exposure to a genuinely mixed-use portfolio spanning office, retail, PBSA and hotel
  • Opportunity to contribute to development projects at formative stages
  • Collaborative, design-led and entrepreneurial environment
  • Clear opportunity to step into a broader, client-side role with strategic influence
