In-house VAT Manager

A great opportunity for a VAT specialist to join a well established VAT team, working as part of a wider tax team and get involved in complex VAT matters, support projects across the business, and engage with senior stakeholders. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Provision of day to day VAT advice to business stakeholders and delivering training within the business.
• Supporting acquisition/disposal transactions.
• Managing outsourced VAT compliance for UK businesses including ensuring timely and accurate VAT return submissions.
• Leading on transformation and innovation projects by contributing to process improvement initiatives, and supporting ERP system changes.

To apply you will need in-depth UK VAT advisory and compliance experience and be able to build relationships across teams. You will also need to hold a professional qualification (ACA/CTA or equivalent). The team is growing and the role offers plenty of scope for progression going forward.
