The Opportunity:
Joining a well-established and growing Employment team, you’ll advise a broad client base that includes national businesses, owner-managed companies, educational institutions, charities, healthcare providers and public sector organisations.
The role offers exposure to a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
- Redundancies and restructures
- TUPE and business transfers
- Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- Senior executive appointments and exits
- Settlement agreements
- Employment support on corporate transactions
- Workplace investigations and strategic HR matters
- You’ll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while developing your own client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
About You:
- We are keen to speak with Employment Solicitors who have:
- Associate Level
- Approximately 2-5 years’ PQE
- Strong employment law experience gained within a recognised practice
- Experience handling both advisory and contentious matters
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Senior Associate Level
- Approximately 5+ years’ PQE
- A proven track record managing complex employment matters
- Experience supervising junior lawyers or trainees
- Strong commercial awareness and business development capability
