We are working with a well-regarded and growing law firm seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their busy disputes team. The firm has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and private individuals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE to join a supportive and collaborative disputes team, gaining exposure to a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters while continuing to develop their technical and client management skills.

Typical duties will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters.
  • Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies and potential risks.
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation.
  • Assisting partners and senior lawyers on more complex disputes.
  • Attending client meetings, mediations, and court hearings where required.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.
  • 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or general dispute resolution.
  • Experience handling a range of disputes such as contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, or debt recovery.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to resolving disputes.
  • The ability to manage matters independently while working as part of a collaborative team.
