Alderney Elder Care Assistant – Island Living

Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join a dedicated team at a 27-bedded Residential Care Home on Alderney Island in the Channel Islands. This position offers a competitive salary range from £13.70 to £19.94 per hour depending on shifts and provides initial accommodation to help new staff settle.

Ideal candidates will have a genuine passion for providing care to elderly residents and possess at least six months of experience in appropriate care settings. Suitable applicants must be British or Irish nationals or UK permanent residents, as employer sponsorship is not available.
