The Role
You will play a key role in delivering residential andemployment-led planning applications across the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparingand submitting full and outline residential applications
- DraftingPlanning Statements and supporting documents
- Supportingdata centre and commercial planning submissions
- Assistingin the promotion of sites through emerging Local Plans
- Liaisingdirectly with planning officers and consultees
- Supportingappeal submissions where required
You will be encouraged to take ownership of projects whilebeing supported by senior colleagues.
About You
- MRTPIqualified or actively working towards chartership
- Experiencewithin consultancy, local authority or developer-side
- Strongwritten and analytical skills
- Commercialawareness and confidence in client meetings
- Aproactive and solution-oriented mindset
