Growth Sales Manager | London (On-site, 5 days) | £45k basic + £75k-£100k OTE

A fast-growing, ambitious B2B sales business is looking for a Growth Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team and take ownership of the number.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has come up through B2B telesales and knows how to turn activity into results. You’ll manage a team of 6 sales executives, keeping pipelines full, standards high, and targets hit month after month.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of 6 to consistently smash new-business and renewal targets
  • Drive a culture of accountability, energy and continuous improvement
  • Embed and uphold a professional, repeatable sales process across the team
  • Own performance management, including coaching, reviews, and developing each rep’s capability
  • Monitor KPIs and pipeline health, and report results to the leadership team
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to align sales with growth goals

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience leading or managing a B2B telesales / phone-based sales team
  • Strong performance management skills. You hold people accountable and bring the best out of them
  • Disciplined about following and enforcing a structured sales process
  • A track record of delivering against ambitious revenue targets
  • A natural motivator: high energy, resilient, and target-driven
  • Confident with CRM and pipeline management (HubSpot an advantage)

The package

  • £45,000 basic salary
  • £75,000-£100,000 OTE (uncapped earning potential)
  • Full-time, based in our London office (5 days a week on-site)
