Residential Surveyor – Multiple Locations

The successful candidates will be RICS accredited professionals with strong surveying experience, looking to build their own patch within a fixed geographical postcode. The regions for this role include: Brighton, Carlisle, South Wales, Crewe, Dudley, Liverpool, Lancaster, Northampton, Norfolk, Stevenage, Peterborough, Southampton and Stoke.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide accurate, high‑quality mortgage valuations and private home surveys.
- Utilise market‑leading technology to deliver reports efficiently.
- Manage workload autonomously while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Adapt to changing business needs and adopt new inspection techniques where required.
- Represent the company professionally, maintaining strong client and resident relationships.
