Residential Retrofit & Asset Surveyor (Field-Based)

Amplius is seeking a dedicated Surveyor to carry out stock condition surveys predominantly across the Lincolnshire area. You will be responsible for assessing residential properties, capturing accurate condition data, and engaging with residents during your visits.

The ideal candidate will have a HNC qualification in building or surveying and experience in conducting property inspections. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £42,217 plus a car allowance.
