Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services

This role offers an experienced Mechanical Project Manager the chance to join a highly respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor based in the East Midlands, working across multiple sectors such as commercial, office fit out, education, healthcare, retail and leisure.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects assigned, ensuring safe delivery on time and within budget.
• Manage procurement activities for projects.
• Prepare technical submissions and procure approvals of plant and equipment.
• Assist in the production of risk and method statements.
• Financially manage projects, adhering to set budgets.
• Manage the site team, liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life cycle.

Desirable Experience & Key Skills

• Minimum 3 to 5 years as a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager or equivalent role.
• Experience delivering Mechanical building services projects ranging from £500,000 to £6,000,000.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits Package

• Base salary: £55,000.
