Support Worker | Full‑time opportunities (39 hours per week)
£25,845 per year (pro rata)
A Full UK Driving License is required. You must be willing to drive the service vehicle.
We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Tonbridge. You will support two adult males with autism, ADHD and epilepsy. The people we support enjoy activities such as playing Xbox, watching DVDs, drawing, eating meals out, and going to work. One of the gentlemen we support owns a vehicle, so we seek a candidate who holds a Full UK Automatic License and who is willing to drive the vehicle when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
- Helping people with everyday tasks such as shopping, cooking, or managing money
- Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Making each day meaningful and enjoyable
