Strategic Asset Investment Manager

James Andrews Recruitment is seeking a full-time Asset Manager for a Social Housing provider near Stockport. Offering a competitive salary of circa £52,000 per annum, this role includes developing and delivering asset investment strategies and managing asset data systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management or housing and the ability to analyze compliance data for strategic decisions. Flexibility in working hours is provided, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
