About the role and team
You will provide high‑quality support within our Governance, Funding and Corporate team. The role is central to keeping matters running smoothly and delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive diary, email and workflow management
- Client and third‑party liaison and call handling
- Billing, compliance and file administration support
- Document production and CRM reporting
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong organisation and initiative
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Confident IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Professional, confidential and flexible approach
