Role: Temporary Certification Operations AssociateLocation: PaddingtonPay: £15 p/hStart Date: Wednesday 24th JuneDuration: around 4 weeksSchedule: Hybrid – Thursday & Friday in the office, plus one other day
What You’ll Do:
- Execute a wide range of tasks that enable learners to successfully complete their programs, including processing and reviewing apprentice end‑point assessment materials, ensuring timely submissions to awarding organisations.
- Audit and quality‑assure data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency to provide a single source of truth for learners and stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve issues that arise with learners and employers, taking ownership of problems and communicating effectively with all parties involved to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions.
- Work closely with internal teams—Delivery, Learner Enablement—and external assessment partners, ensuring cross‑functional activities are well‑planned, communicated, and coordinated for a seamless experience for apprentices.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to operational processes and ways of working to improve team productivity and service quality.
- Assist the Operations Manager with ad hoc reports, special projects, and strategic initiatives as needed.
