Salary: £95-£120 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only

Overview

We are recruiting a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics within a secondary school.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Science lessons across KS3-KS5
• Assist in practical experiments and laboratory sessions
• Deliver targeted intervention sessions to small groups and individuals
• Help prepare laboratory equipment and ensure health and safety compliance
• Support teachers in tracking student progress and attainment

Requirements

• A degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related Science subject
• Strong subject knowledge across scientific disciplines
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working with young people in education
• Lab or school experience is desirable but not essential
