Role and Responsibilities
- As Sales Administrator, your duties will include the following:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations based on information provided by the Sales team.
- Ensure all quotation documents meet company standards and formatting requirements.
- Flag any inconsistencies, missing data, or issues requiring clarification from the Sales team.
- Support process improvements by suggesting efficiencies or system enhancements.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suites.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
