Scope of the Role

This CBM role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse set of Grocery customers in a very established and strategically important area of the GB business. You will have full P&L responsibility for your customers and support the development of the long term strategy with the Head of Sales.

Key Accountabilities

  • First point of contact for customers, lead all negotiations and escalations.
  • Take P&L responsibility for delivering customer volume, NOS and Gross Margin versus the agreed Annual Plan (AP).
  • Support the development of revenue‑growth management and pack‑price architecture of the channel with peers and the Head of Sales.
  • Build stakeholder map and influence relevant stakeholders at customers to ensure best in class visibility, promotions, brand activations and listings of the Capri‑Sun brand.
  • Negotiate and deliver joint business plans (JBPs) with customers.
  • Plan and notify costs regarding projects and activities of customers.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy versus the agreed AP target; lead the monthly forecast and P&L review process and recommend course corrections.
  • Manage the trade‑spend budget with customers versus the agreed AP targets.
  • Analyze and evaluate trade‑spend and promotional investment effectiveness, presenting findings and recommending what works and what does not.

Your Profile

  • Strong understanding of the GB retail, discounter and e‑commerce landscape, with a minimum of 3 years experience as a National Account Manager, Customer Business Manager or equivalent.
  • Display ownership mentality with an assigned group of customers, delivering results and seeking new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external senior buyers regularly; possess emotional intelligence and strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Natural problem‑solver with strong organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Resilient and self‑motivated to see projects through to completion.
  • Have the right to work in the UK and are willing to come to the London office one day per week or as required.
