As a supply teacher, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of choosing when and where you work, while delivering engaging and well-structured lessons, supporting pupil’s progress, and quickly building positive relationships within different school communities.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and motivated to learn.
• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons or confidently adapt to plans provided on the day.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a focused learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school team to support pupil outcomes.

About You

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Has experience teaching within Primary schools.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Is enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil’s progress.
• Works well within a team and contributes positively to school life.
