SF Partners is seeking an HR Systems & Data Lead (iTrent) for a 6-month interim position in Loughborough. This hands-on role involves overseeing a small team, managing HR systems operations, and ensuring the transition during an extensive system transformation is smooth.

The ideal candidate will have strong iTrent knowledge, experience in team leadership, and the ability to communicate technical systems clearly. A hybrid working model is available with a salary range of GBP36,000 – GBP46,000 FTE, pro-rata.
