Care Support Champion – Children & Young Adults Hospice

St Oswald’s Hospice is seeking a Care Support Worker for their Children & Young Adults Service in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will assist under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, delivering dedicated care to children and young adults with life-limited illnesses, and supporting their families in a compassionate environment.
