We have an exciting opportunity for an Agreement Sales Representative to join our Industrial service team, covering the North West and North of England on a permanent basis, ideally you’ll be located in the areas of Manchester, Warrington or Preston.

Were looking for a hungry, consultative sales professional ready to make their mark. This is a pure new business development role, your job is to open doors, build meaningful relationships with prospective customers, and convert them into long-term agreements. Youll have full back-office support handling the quotes, so you can focus entirely on what you do best: selling.

What youll be doing:

  • Prospecting and engaging new customers across your territory, selling service and maintenance agreements
  • Building genuine relationships through a consultative, needs-led approach
  • Identifying opportunities and creating a strong pipeline of new business
  • Referring wider product opportunities to the right internal teams, your network is an asset
  • Supporting strong retention by understanding what keeps customers coming back

Qualifications

What we need from you:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales or business development, youve hit targets and youre proud of it
  • A natural relationship builder who listens first and pitches second
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by results, you dont wait to be told what to do
  • Experience in industrial or service-based sales is a bonus, not a barrier
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and confident communicating at all levels
