Business Development Executive
Location: London (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home)Salary: £32,000 £35,000 basic + uncapped commission
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Executive to join a growing events, digital media and marketing business. Working with leading technology and service providers, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and supporting the commercial team in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and book meetings for the commercial team
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across target markets
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurately update CRM records
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support commercial growth
About You
- Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, lead generation, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
- Keen to develop a long-term career in B2B sales
