An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-performing boutique Executive Search firm specialising in Hedge Funds and Investment Banking recruitment across the UK and Europe.

Operating across Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Hedge Funds, the business partners with some of the most prestigious firms in Europe. Their highly specialised team of 20 consultants each focus on niche verticals, allowing them to become true market experts and trusted advisors.
Joining the Investment Banking practice, you will work directly with experienced Directors and top billers while gaining exposure to senior-level mandates and international clients.
This role offers regular client interaction, face-to-face meetings, and the opportunity to travel, helping you develop commercial expertise and build long-term relationships within financial services.
The Role Executive Search Consultant
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will work alongside senior consultants to deliver high-level searches for investment banking clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending client briefing meetings to understand hiring requirements and search mandates
- Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor analysis across the financial services sector
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre investment banking and hedge fund professionals
- Producing candidate shortlists and presenting market insights to clients
- Building relationships with senior finance professionals and advising them on career opportunities
- Managing candidate processes through interview stages and offer negotiations
- Delivering consultative market intelligence and industry updates to both clients and candidates
- Preparing search reports and presenting findings internally and externally

Requirements
