Remote Payroll Implementation Associate

Motive Partners is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support payroll implementation projects. In this role, you will manage the delivery pipeline from client kick-off through to go-live, ensuring efficient project execution and support.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Treasury, and Product, using tools like Monday.com and Salesforce to track progress. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A payroll background is preferred, along with a detail-oriented approach and adaptability to shifting priorities.
