Tradeline Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Thornaby-on-Tees for a large warehouse fit-out starting in June, lasting for 6 months. You will manage the entire project, ensuring health and safety for all direct and sub-contractors while liaising between the client and contractor.
Your responsibilities include maintaining site welfare and cleanliness, overseeing the schedule, and ensuring deadlines are met. Ideal candidates will possess a Level 6 NVQ and relevant project experience.
