THE ROLE?
- Generate and convert new homes sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with buyers, investors and local contacts
- Guide purchasers through the full sales journey
- Work closely with the wider team to maximise performance
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the local market and developments
- Contribute energy, ideas and initiative to the wider business
- 5 days per week including alternate Saturdays (day back in lieu provided)

- Estate agency or new homes experience essential
- Strong communication skills and natural confidence
- Energetic, proactive and commercially minded
- Entrepreneurial approach with strong self-motivation
- Relationship-led rather than transactional in style
- Team player with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients quickly
FULL PACKAGE DETAILS:
Basic: £35,000–£40,000
OTE: £70,000–£80,000

Hours: Mon–Fri 9:30am–6pm | Alternate Saturdays 10am–5pm (day back in lieu)
