THE ROLE?

  • Generate and convert new homes sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, investors and local contacts
  • Guide purchasers through the full sales journey
  • Work closely with the wider team to maximise performance
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the local market and developments
  • Contribute energy, ideas and initiative to the wider business
  • 5 days per week including alternate Saturdays (day back in lieu provided)

  • Estate agency or new homes experience essential
  • Strong communication skills and natural confidence
  • Energetic, proactive and commercially minded
  • Entrepreneurial approach with strong self-motivation
  • Relationship-led rather than transactional in style
  • Team player with high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients quickly

FULL PACKAGE DETAILS:

Basic: £35,000–£40,000

OTE: £70,000–£80,000

Hours: Mon–Fri 9:30am–6pm | Alternate Saturdays 10am–5pm (day back in lieu)
