Hybrid Project Delivery Manager – Housing Planned Works

The Guinness Partnership in Havant is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead planned works on housing improvements. This full-time role involves managing projects related to windows, roofs, and building fabric while collaborating with consultants and contractors.

Successful candidates will have substantial project management experience and be educated to at least Level 5 in Building or Construction. You’ll also engage with residents, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
