Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology
We are seeking an experienced Tech recruiter to join our Technology, Change & Data team located across Manchester, Warrington, Liverpool or on a hybrid basis. The role offers a basic salary of £28,000–£35,000, a £3,600 car allowance, and an uncapped commission scheme that can deliver up to 40% of billings, with realistic OTE of £100,000+.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing a high‑performing 360 Tech recruitment desk
- Building and developing long‑term client partnerships
- Driving new business and expanding existing accounts
- Managing complex recruitment processes end‑to‑end
- Networking within your market to position yourself as a specialist
- Acting as a senior contributor within the wider team

- Proven Tech recruiter with a consistent and strong billing record
- Experience at a Senior Consultant level
- Commercially driven with a business‑development focus
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Collaborative, professional approach
