About The Role

As a Workplace Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing workplace projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for delivering impactful workplace projects and transforming how people work and collaborate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of workplace and transformation projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of innovative workplace strategies.
  • Ensure projects align with organisational goals and support a positive working environment.

About You

  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership capability, inspiring teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
  • Experience in project‑management methodologies and tools (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent).
  • A solid understanding of workplace design principles and how they enhance productivity and wellbeing.
