TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
- Become a specialist headhunter within the finance space, focusing on Asset Management and Hedge Funds
- Build your network and be well-known to the best C-Suite professionals in the space
- F2F meetings are incredibly valuable meet them for coffee, lunch, drinks and create strong relationships with your clients
- Earn over £50k in your first year and become a top biller
- Be someone junior recruiters look up to, guiding them to success by showing your tips and tricks
- Market map, cold call, advertise, network this is a sales role, you will need to bring out your salesy side and be resilient
The Incentives Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary with an increase to £32k after promotion
- 35% commission salary with no threshold
- OTE earnings in your first year of £50k+

The Person We Want Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group University
- Minimum BBB at A-Levels
- Sales experience preferred B2B, B2C, cold calling
- Confident and outgoing
- Charismatic
- Competitive
